We all have to eat. Food forms our cities and lives in an enormous way, but we hardly ever pay attention to it.
Through the last year we looked at Zurich through the lens of food and collected stories, places and books. With «Kochstatt» we imagined at the site of the former «Stadtküche» how the kitchen could change how we deal with our world - if we just gave more presence and value to those everyday things that keep our lives running.
