Reside Inside
Spreading like a concrete carpet, the garage slips between earth and air - sometimes buried, sometimes exposed. The project follows its shifts: a door becomes an entrance, the central car ramp becomes the new civic spine of settlement, connecting levels and uses.
Interventions grow from what’s already there - cut, uncovered, re- imagined. Removed material returns as path, wall, or ramp. With- in the towers, outdated apartments are reconfigured - densifying not by addition, but through adaptation. 2034’s flexibility replaces 1974’s rigidity - new life emerges within old frames.
No new ground is sealed, while instead of expansion, the project carves out potential from within.
